บริษัท หาช่างโปร จำกัด ("HaChangPro", "เรา") ให้ความสำคัญกับความเป็นส่วนตัวของท่าน เอกสารนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บ ใช้ และปกป้องข้อมูลของท่านอย่างไร ทั้งในฐานะลูกค้าและช่าง (vendor)
HaChangPro Co., Ltd. ("HaChangPro", "we") takes your privacy seriously. This document explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, whether you are a customer or a vendor (technician).
นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว / Privacy Policy
1) ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ1) What we collect
- ลูกค้า: ชื่อ เบอร์โทร/LINE/อีเมล ที่อยู่งาน และรายละเอียดปัญหาที่แจ้งCustomer: name, phone/LINE/email, job address and the problem description you submit.
- ช่าง (vendor): ข้อมูลใบสมัคร รูปบัตรประชาชน ข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคาร/พร้อมเพย์สำหรับถอนเงิน และประวัติการทำงานVendor: application details, ID card photos, bank/PromptPay details for payouts, and job history.
2) เราใช้ข้อมูลอย่างไร2) How we use it
- จับคู่ลูกค้ากับช่างที่เหมาะสมในพื้นที่ และให้ทั้งสองฝ่ายติดต่อกันได้โดยตรงTo match customers with a suitable local vendor, and let the two parties contact each other directly.
- ข้อมูลติดต่อของลูกค้าจะเปิดเผยแก่ช่างเฉพาะเมื่อช่างรับงานแล้ว (ทีละขั้นตอน) — ไม่เปิดเผยล่วงหน้าCustomer contact details are only released to a vendor once they've accepted the job (staged disclosure) — never shown upfront.
- ติดตามและบันทึกความสัมพันธ์ลูกค้า-ช่าง-งาน เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ด้านบัญชีและค่าธรรมเนียมของเราTo track and record the customer–vendor–job chain for our own billing and accounting purposes.
3) เราเก็บข้อมูลไว้ที่ไหน3) Where your data is stored
ข้อมูลถูกจัดเก็บบนโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของ Cloudflare (ภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิก) ไม่มีข้อกำหนดว่าข้อมูลต้องอยู่ในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น เราเลือกที่จัดเก็บที่ปลอดภัยและเชื่อถือได้
Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Asia-Pacific region). There is no requirement that data physically stay in Thailand — we choose secure, reliable storage.
4) ผู้ให้บริการภายนอกที่เราใช้4) Third-party services we use
เราใช้ Resend (อีเมล), ThaiBulkSMS (SMS), LINE และ Facebook (การแจ้งเตือน/ข้อความ) เพื่อติดต่อท่าน — ผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้ประมวลผลเฉพาะข้อมูลที่จำเป็นสำหรับการส่งข้อความเท่านั้น
We use Resend (email), ThaiBulkSMS (SMS), LINE and Facebook (notifications/messaging) to reach you — these providers only process what's needed to deliver the message.
5) เงินของท่าน5) Your money
HaChangPro ไม่รับเงินจากลูกค้าโดยตรง ลูกค้าชำระเงินให้ช่างโดยตรง เราเก็บเฉพาะเงินที่ช่างเติมล่วงหน้าเพื่อชำระค่าธรรมเนียมของเรา
HaChangPro never receives money directly from customers — customers pay the vendor directly. We only hold funds vendors voluntarily top up to pay our own service fee.
6) สิทธิ์ของท่าน6) Your rights
ท่านมีสิทธิ์ขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือขอให้ลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ดูวิธีการยื่นคำขอด้านล่าง

ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน / Terms of Service
- HaChangPro เป็นเพียงสื่อกลางเชื่อมลูกค้ากับช่างอิสระ เราไม่ใช่คู่สัญญาในงานหรือการชำระเงินระหว่างลูกค้ากับช่าง และไม่รับผิดชอบต่อคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย หรือผลของงานที่ทำHaChangPro only introduces customers to independent vendors. We are not a party to the work or payment between customer and vendor, and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of the work performed.
- ช่างเป็นผู้ประกอบอาชีพอิสระ ไม่ใช่พนักงานของ HaChangProVendors are independent contractors, not HaChangPro employees.
- การใช้งานแอปนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทยUse of this service is governed by the laws of Thailand.
7) ขอเข้าถึงหรือลบข้อมูล7) Request access or deletion
